Volunteers and partners of our organization have been serving others for over  three decades.  We have worked in communities and schools; youth detentions and prisons; coordinated outreach events, seminars and workshops; and visited nursing homes and homeless shelters in the greater Birmingham metropolitan area.  Charity In Action Inc. was established to continue these efforts. In October 2005, we secured a location in the City of Fairfield and launched our first CIA Outreach Center with the goal of placing Outreach Centers in other areas of the community. Our mission of HOPE: Helping Others Excel in life, is accomplished through the various programs and activities we offer to the community. Our Outreach Center serves people of all races, creeds, and religions. 

Since our inception in 2005, we have reached  thousands of people- youths, adults and seniors. With more resources we can accomplish more and have a larger impact upon our community.  Call today to find out how you can help and become a cherished part of our Outreach Center.
